Wire bending parts production in cooperation with our partner novobend
We offer wire bending parts in cooperation with our partner novobend. The production is carried out with modern CNC bending machines. The focus is on the production of 2D and 3D bent parts made of iron wire and stainless steel wire with a wire diameter from 3 mm.
Small and medium batch sizes from 1.000 to 100.000 pieces are possible depending on the length and number of bends.
Our efficient processes are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The production of the bent parts is carried out by qualified employees with many years of experience.
If you have capacity bottlenecks in the production of your bent parts, we would be happy to support you in this.

Manufacture of bent parts
The production of the bent wire parts is computer-controlled and fully automated with CNC bending machines. Our machines have 5 numerical axes. This enables us to precisely manufacture various geometric shapes in the two-dimensional and three-dimensional area. Our machines are operated by qualified employees with many years of experience, who are also happy to advise you.

The range of services includes bent parts made of iron wire as well as bendable and spring-hard stainless steel wires in the diameter range from 3 mm to 10 mm.

As Europe's leading stockist of bendable stainless steel wires, we have a permanent stock of more than 2.000 tonnes of the most common austenitic and ferritic materials. The materials from our stock are available for the production of bent parts. We can therefore offer you wire bending parts in different strengths and dimensions.
